Shoppyko.com is an online shopping platform and startup offering a variety of products at competitive prices with reliable delivery.
2. Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse without an account, but you’ll need to create one or provide details at checkout to place an order.
3. How do I create an account?
Click on the Sign Up button, enter your details (name, email, phone number, password), and confirm registration.
4. How do I place an order?
Select your product, add it to the cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete payment.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments through secure payment gateways.
6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, COD availability may vary by location. You can check at checkout if it’s supported for your pin code.
7. How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order ID once payment is successful.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the Track Order option on the website and enter your order ID/email to see real-time status.
9. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
10. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery.
11. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Contact support@shoppyko.com immediately.
12. What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or wrong product, raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
15. Are all products eligible for return?
Most are, except for perishable items, hygiene/personal care products, and custom-made items.
16. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are possible for the same product or variant, depending on stock availability.
17. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
18. How secure is my payment information?
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Shoppyko does not store sensitive payment details.
19. How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails/SMS?
Click the unsubscribe link in emails or update your notification preferences in your account settings.
20. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.

Currently, we operate through our website. A mobile app is in the pipeline for future release.
